What do your training plans look like?

Treatment, training, and education start from the moment we begin. It is important we establish expectations that this is not a ‘one and done’ approach. This is a committed a team effort between us. You spend more time with your body than any practitioner, and that is why I will give you homework tailored to fit your bandwidth and goals, adapting as we learn and build better tissue. Biology takes time, effort, consistency, and specificity to adapt how we want. Therefore, being consistent , intentional and treating sessions and homework like any other practice is critically importance to result in change. We will hit every area of the body and every biological system. Cardio, strength, mobility, flexibility ,balance, fundamentals of lifting , mental and more. I am happy to work with other providers you are working with to ensure a cohesive approach.

Who are your typical clients?

I help individuals who are looking for non-surgical and non medicinal solutions for improving health. Individuals that have tried surgery, and still are in pain. Have gone through therapy, and still not 100% recovered.

What type of accreditation do you have?

Education, and continued education, is a critical part of my responsibility to clients, colleagues, and fellow practitioners. First, I have my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science. I am ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a certification that has long been a gold standard in the fitness industry. Beyond that, I represent one of the leading continuing education companies in the field of physical health. Since 2019 I have religiously participated in learning from Functional Anatomy Seminars, who are always working on cutting edge views in how we approach management of physical health. While I enjoy listening to credible players in the field, reading and expanding my knowledge, those are the most notable.
