Non-surgical spine.

I’d wager that unpon spending a little time watching you move, I could spot your back pain.

Judging from the sample population I have worked with, I would also wager that you haven’t specifically trained your spine. Unless you are a rare breed, you are like most of my new clients… disconnected from their spine, how it feels and where it likes to move or and where it doesn’t.

If you feel like you have tried EVERYTHING for your pain, you haven’t, unless you have tried Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). FRC leads the athletic world in body control, connection and joint optimization training. In my opinion its gem is the spine.

What’s unique about FRC is its benefit to many different training time lines. It can be used before problems arise, for acute back issues and post surgical. It can be scaled from gentle joint hygiene to max effort boughts.

To begin training I look at any relevant imaging, consult with relevant practitioners and begin deconstructing your joints and dysfunctional movement patterns. As we unwind your old postures, we optimize each joint, strengthening them in increasing range. This will give your body more “degrees of freedom”. Aka: expand your controllable range and realign your body in the process.

As each joint optimizes, I construct personally challenging positions to unlock more pain free spinal postures and gently increase its demand, highlighting deeper areas of weakness in need of strengthening. With this info, I give your spine specific inputs to clarify & strengthen the areas with weak or fuzzy innervation (connection). We will train flexion, extension and eventually rotation and weight bearing load. The end result hopefully being an elongated, robust spine that has space and strength to move freely and confidently.

Packages start at $3000, 6 months minimum.
